£1,000 discount off the cost a natural gas central heating installation and up to £800 of cavity wall and loft insulation.

Available to all householders / private rented tenants within the Phoenix Natural Gas area who meet the following criteria:

Income:

• Single person household with an income of £18-£22K gross
  OR
• Couple or single parent family with an income of £25-30K
  OR
• Single person household, over 65 with an income of less than £35,000
  OR
• Couple, both over 65 with an income of less than £35,000

AND:

• No central heating, Economy 7 electric or solid fuel
