   You will also need to complete an Information Declaration and a Permitted Ways Declaration. This needs to be submitted at the start of the obligation period (April).

   If NIE Energy are acting as an Agent on your behalf we can sign these declarations and submit them to Ofgem.

   If NIE Energy are not acting as Agent, the forms you are required to submit are below.

   Permitted Ways Declaration
   Export Only declaration (This declaration is only to be completed if none of the electricity generated is used on site and it is ALL exported back to the grid)
